UPDATE

Were back home. Since my mom found out she was having surgery for her Chiari Malformation I've been helping her at home. From here on out we just want to do everything possible to help her get better. Thanks for all the prayers!

Excited

I am super excited to say that I have finally got my first online sale! Thanks to TwingleBeads who has purchased the colorful owl necklace. Please visit her site she has a TNT Auction going on right now that supports a great cause.

I must tell you that selling online is more challenging than I thought. You really have to step out of your comfort zone and put yourself out there.

Here are some challenges that I have personally come across:

Challenge #1 PICTURES- These are really important when selling online because the customer can't touch the item or try it on. All they have to go by is pictures which can speak a thousand words.

Can I be honest with you? I have taken so many pictures and when I say so many that's still an understatement. I'm still not happy with the end result, so I have reached out to someone very special to me that is going to help me capture some awesome shots. Stay tuned they are Coming Soon!

Challenge #2 COMPETITION- Now a days everyone seems to be designing, making and selling jewelry. And some longer than others. So what's a girl to do?

Can I be honest with you? I have seen some really amazing jewelry designed and that's what gives me my inspiration to keep going. No matter how many people are making and selling jewelry it's my passion and outlet to let go. So with that said I'm here to stay and I'm ready to give it all I have. As long as it makes me happy then I will keep doing it.

Challenge #3 BLOGGING- This is the biggest of the 3. I've never really been good with words and to start something like this has most definitely put me out of my comfort zone.

Can I be honest with you? After research and visiting other bloggers I now know that a lot of people feel the same way when starting a blog. Questions such as Who will ever read this? What will I say? How do I get started? But if we never try then we will never know. So my only option is to just do it, learn as I go, be honest, be myself and have fun!

                                                              Here's my motivation
On another note my mom is doing good thank the Lord!
